HeyREMVO Support

How can we help?

HeyREMVO helps you remember the everyday things that are easy to forget. Tell it something using your voice or text, optionally add a photo, then ask HeyREMVO about it later.

If you need help with the app, you can contact us at support@heyremvo.com.

Using HeyREMVO

Tell HeyREMVO something

Choose TELL ME and use Photo, Speak or Type to save something you want HeyREMVO to remember.

Ask HeyREMVO

Choose ASK ME, then speak or type your question. For example, you might ask where you put an item, who you lent something to, or about a detail you saved previously.

Photos

You can add a photo to a memory to make it easier to recognise an item or place later.

Remy Recall — Alexa skill

Remy Recall is the Alexa skill for saving and recalling everyday details by voice. In the Alexa app, open More → Skills & Games, search for Remy Recall, enable it and complete account linking if requested.

Try “Alexa, ask Remy Recall to remember the yellow torch is in the kitchen drawer.” Later, say “Alexa, ask Remy Recall where is the yellow torch?”

If Alexa cannot find the skill

Check that your Alexa app/device is using a supported locale. Remy Recall is available in English (UK); an English (US) or French locale may not recognise the invocation.

If Alexa stops listening

Use the full phrase starting “Alexa, ask Remy Recall …” to start a fresh interaction. A session can close after a short pause.

Troubleshooting

HeyREMVO cannot hear me

Check that microphone and speech-recognition access are enabled for HeyREMVO in your iPhone Settings.

I cannot add a photo

Check HeyREMVO's photo and camera permissions in your iPhone Settings.

Spoken answers are not working

Check your internet connection and iPhone volume. HeyREMVO uses an online service for its natural spoken voice and can use an on-device voice as a fallback.

I still need help

Email support@heyremvo.com and include a short description of the problem. If useful, include your iPhone model and iOS version.
